Just as your body needs exercise, your Mental Health is a muscle that requires activity and attention. You already have the tools you need to develop routines and practices that improve and maintain your Mental Health outcomes. Sometimes all you need is a guide to help you see your potential.

1-on-1 Workshop
Experience an individualized approach to Creative Wellness. You will explore your unique relationship to meditation, nature's wisdoms, and creative expression, and establish the life-long self-care habits and practices that ignite your spirit.

Group Workshop
Explore meditation, nature's wisdoms, and creative self-care practices alongside others who want to do the same. Make new community connections while you strengthen your inner connection.
Group workshops meet in-person, once per week for 2.5 hours over 8 weeks. Schools and organizations are welcome and encouraged to collaborate.
